1. The summons dated 23rd October 2015 seeks confirmation of the grant herein dated 23rd July 2015.

2. I have perused the record and I am satisfied that the grant ought to be confirmed. The estate shall devolve as per the undated will of the deceased copy of which was lodged herein with the petition on 10th January 2015.

3. Certificate of confirmation of grant to issue accordingly.
