IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF RATTAN SINGH ROOPRA s/o GURDITTAR AM ROOPRA (also known as RATTAN SINGH s/o GURDITTARAM and also known as RATTAN SINGH)  (DECEASED)

RULING

1. The summons for revocation of grant dated 12th November 2015 is hereby allowed as prayed.

2. The grant on record, made to Surjit Kaur Roopra w/o Rattan Singh on 15th March 1984, is hereby revoked on the ground that the said grant has become useless and inoperative following the death of the executor, and the orders made on 14th March 1985 confirming the said grant are hereby accordingly set aside.

3. Jaswinder Singh Roopra and Balwinder Singh Roopra are hereby appointed administrators of the estate of the deceased, and a grant of letters of administration with will annexed shall accordingly issue to them.

4. The grant made under paragraph 3 above is hereby confirmed, so that the estate of the deceased shall be distributed as per the will of the deceased made on 20th April 1977.
