1. Upon reading the chamber summons dated 27. 5.2024, the supporting affidavit of Godfrey Odongo Adholla and Eric Otieno Adholla, the proposed mode of distribution of Caroline Adhiambo Adholla Spence and Christine Knight Adhola and upon hearing Mr. Wesonga and Mr. Abande for the parties and further upon recording the consent of parties as outlined herein above, this court adopts the said consent as the judgment of this court and the estate of the deceased shall be distributed in terms of the said consent.

2. Mention on 24. 3.2025 to confirm the status of distribution.
