1. I have considered the notice of mention dated 24. 2.2025, the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Joseph Wanambuko Malaba on even date. I have also considered the oral submissions of parties herein and I do hereby find that the application is well merited whereof I allow it and I make the following orders:-a.An order is hereby issued directing the Officer in Charge of Brigadier Police Station to provide adequate security to both the County Land Registered and County Surveyor Bungoma during the partitioning of land parcel No. Kakamega/Moisbridge/1160 and Parcel No. Kakamega/Moisbridge/1666 pursuant to the ruling of this court delivered on 17. 1.2025. b.All the administrator to meet/share the costs of such provision of security by the O.C.S Brigadier Police Station.
