RULING

This is an application for Confirmation of the Grant issued to JENIFFER JEBIWOT KWAMBAI on 24th November, 2008.  The beneficiaries had agreed on the mode of distribution as indicated in the affidavit in support of Summons for Confirmation of the Grant of Administration intestate dated 10th August, 2009.  There is also a letter from the Chief Meibeki Location which confirms that the Petitioner is the widow of the deceased Stanley Kiplagat Rotich.

The Grant is confirmed in terms of paragraph five (5) of the affidavit in support of the Summons for Confirmation.
