Ruling

1. The court delivered a ruling in this matter on 23rd May, 2023 in which the letters of Administration Intestate issued and subsequently confirmed were annulled as prayed. The parties were advised to petition for letters of Administration Intestate afresh or negotiate the settlement of the matter.

2. On 30th November 2023, the court was informed that there no agreed settlement on the matter. The matter was left to the court. Having rendered its decision on the application for annulment or revocation, there is no other pending matter for consideration. The matter is thus concluded. The file reverts back to the Registry, and unless and until any other application is filed, the file is technically closed.
