Ruling

1. This Court notes that no grant exists herein and that it did direct the Applicant on the 2nd May, 2024 to file a fresh petition for issue of a grant under Section 51 and 55 of the Law of Succession Act.

2. The Applicant filed a summons for revocation of grant dated 4th October, 2024.

3. I hereby find the summons as filed to be on “quicksand” as no grant exists. Thus of no merit.

4. I thus dismiss the application dated 4th October, 2024.

5. The Applicant is referred back to the ruling dated 2nd May, 2024.

It is so ordered.
