1. The matter was coming today for rectification of grant issued herein 3/3/2016.

2. The reasons for absence of two beneficiaries is explained.

3. There being a burial permit No. xxxxx dated 14/9/2021 in regard to Mary Wanjiru Wairobi who is said to be the mother of the other beneficiaries, her absence is noted.

4. The other beneficiaries is said to have got stranded and lost his way to court.

5. Having looked at the summons herein, and there being no disagreement, the grant is rectified to the extent that:-1. The property known as Komothai/Kibichoi/1098 be and is hereby transferred to Michael Njoroge Njuri and Simon Gitau Njuri.

6. The parties herein are commended for cohesion in the family.
