IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM AWUOTH ANGUJE (DECEASED AND IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION BY MARY ATIENO OTIENO –PETITIONER

Ruling

1. By a Summons dated 13/2/2025 the petitioner has applied for confirmation of the grant dated 5/2/2018.

2. She has physically attended court and confirmed vide ID Card No. 25545608 to be a sister in-law to the deceased. I have confirmed from the letter of the Chief, Central Kolwa Location Elijah O. Omumbwa undated but received in Court on 15/10/2015 the aforesaid information.

3. The applicant being the only beneficiary, I allow the summons. Accordingly, the grant made on 5/2/2018 is hereby confirmed.It is so ordered.
