1. This is an extremely old Succession cause. The estate does not have much yet there has never been any distribution thereof to the beneficiaries since the matter was filed in this Court in 2002. I hereby transfer this Succession Cause to be heard and determined before the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu as the estimated value of the estate does not exceed Kshs.20 million.

2. File to be transmitted to Chief Magistrate’s Court forthwith.

3. From this end, file is closed.
