1. I have considered the application dated April 13, 2021 which seeks revocation of grant issued in Meru Chief Magistrates Court Succession Cause No 26 Of 2018.

2. There has been no explanation why this application was filed in the High Court vide a misc application whilst the normal procedure si that it ought to have been filed in the parent file being Meru Chief Magistrates Court Succession Cause No 26 of 2018.

3. I personally called for Meru Chief Magistrates Court Succession Cause No 26 of 2018 and I can confirm that it is available.

4. Consequently, it is hereby ordered as follows:1. This High Court Family Misc Appl No E016 of 2021 be and is hereby transfered to Meru Chief Magistrate’s Court2. This High Court Family Misc Appl No E016 of 2021 be and is hereby consolidated with Meru Chief Magistrates Court Succession Cause No 26 of 2018. 3.The application for revocation dated April 13, 2021 filed in High Court Family Misc Appl No E016 of 2021 shall be heard in Meru Chief Magistrates Court Succession Cause No 26 of 2018.
