Ruling
1. The applicant has sought to be appointed as a Guardian ad litem for the subject herein. She is the spouse to the subject, who is said to suffer from mental illness.
2. The applicant filed a supplementary affidavit in which filed a medical report in respect to the subject, dated 13th May, 2025. The report confirms that the subject is indeed of unsound mind.
3. Consequently, I allow the application, to enable the applicant join the two stated cases namely Maua ELC No. E009/2023 and ELC 184 of 2018.
4. These orders also authorize the applicant to manage any other property of the subject.
5. The orders shall remain in force for the duration of the two cases, inclusive of any appeals.
