RULING
1. The court reserved the judgment in this matter for today. I am however unable to issue judgment in this matter because of lack of very crucial documents in support of the application for adoption. Before this court can issue a judgment in this matter, the applicant is required to provide tot his Court:-
a. The Adoption Society Report.
b. Original copy of the certificate declaring the child free for adoption.
c. Foster care and placement agreement.
d. Final letter of the police confirming the biological parent/s of the child have not been traced.
e.Order made by the court in care and Protection Case NO. 42 of 2019.
2. At the reading of this ruling, the applicant will be afforded an opportunity to provide by way of affidavit, the documents set out above and another date of judgment shall be scheduled.
