RULING

I have perused the application filed by the Petitioner herein.  The Petitioner is applying for letters of administration ad litemto enable her claim Life Insurance due to the deceased’s estate.  She does not want to file any suit before any Court of law.  Grant of letters of administration ad litem can only be issued for persons seeking to file suits on behalf of a deceased person estate.  In the instant case, the Petitioner has to apply for letters of administration in the normal manner.

This Application for letters of administration ad litembeing incompetent is therefore struck out with no orders as to costs.
