Distribution by the Court in the presence of the parties.

List of properties

(I)       LR. No.4953/1420 - 5 acres in Thika Municipality (vacant)

(II)      LR. No.6944/2 - 0146 acres in Ruiru - vacant with graveside and a  Farmhouse + stores.

(III)     LR. Kiambu Township/Block 1/157 - vacant - ½ an acre.

(IV)     LR. Ruiru/Kenya Railways Plot No.200 - ¼ acre (vacant)

(V)      LR. No. Sub-division 676/Section V/MN - Changamwe (vacant) - ½ an acre.

(VI)     LR.Kajiado/OlchorU Onyore/3196 - 195 acres

(VII)    LR. No.209/8000/105 Residential - New Muthaiga Nairobi about 1 acre (vacant)

DISTRIBUTION

(I)      LR. No.209/8000/105 shall be inherited by Beatrice Nyindombi Karanja.  The property shall not be sold - it shall remain for the benefit of the entire family.

(II)    LR. No.4953/1420 shall be sold and the proceeds therefrom in the first instance be used to settle the debts of the estate including taxes due to Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Land Rates and Land Rent for all the properties. The remainder shall be sub-divided equally between the 4 beneficiaries.

(III)     LR. No.4953/2 - The Farm.

The sub-division scheme dated May 2012 is hereby adopted by Court.  The Blue section to be inherited by Timothy, the Orange section to be inherited  by Beatrice (mum), the Purple section shall be inherited by Susan, and the Brown section shall be inherited by Beatrice (daughter). The Red section shall remain undistributed pending the settlement of all the debts owed by the estate. The same shall be distributed by the court after the settlement of the debts. The Green section to remain as family - graveyard.

(IV)     Kiambu Township/Block 1/157 shall be inherited by Beatrice Nyindombi Karanja.

(V)      LR. No.Ruiru/Kenya Railways Plot No.200 shall be inherited by Timothy Njuguna Karanja.

(VI)   LR. No. Sub-division 676/Section V/MN – Changamwe to be inherited by Beatrice Wanjiru Karanja and Susan Wagikoyo Karanja.

(VII)    LR. No. Kajiado/Olchoro-Onyore sub-divided into two (2) portions:

(a)       100 acres already sub-divided into 4 portions.  Each  portion to be inherited by each of the 4 beneficiaries.

(b)       The 16 – 5 acre plots to be sub-divided 4 each to each beneficiary.
