JUDGMENT
The deceased the late Leah Tapkitany Kosgei died on 10/12/2001. She left the following as the beneficiaries to her estate.
1. Julius Kipngetich Kosgei - Son - adult
2. James Kimeli Kosgei - Son - adult
3. Margaret Chebet - Daughter- adult
4. Esther Chelimo - Daughter- adult
5. Isaac Kirwa - Son -
6. Michael Kiprop - Son - a minor
The deceased left the following assets to her estate:-

v UG/Kimumu/2600
v UG/Kimumu/1789
v UG/Kimumu/2599
I do hereby find and hold that the beneficiaries duly agreed and distributed the assets of the deceased. I hereby approve and order distribution of the estate in accordance with the affidavit b y the two petitioners sworn on 3rd August 2007. The ¼ (0. 25 acre) acre out of UG/Kimumu/1793 for Michael Kiprop shall be registered in the name of Margaret Chebet in trust for Michael Kiprop until he is 18 years old. Any cultivation or use (pending age of majority) of the land shall be for his education and welfare. The petitioners to transfer the portions sold to Geoffrey Ongeri and Peter Ombati. Julius Kipngetich Kosgei and James Kimeli Koskei should ............... any portion they sold to third parties as has become apparent during proceedings. Orders accordingly.
