R U L I N G

I have considered the summons for confirmation of grant dated 4th May, 2009 filed by the Public Trustee. In my view the mode of distribution of the assets proposed by the Public Trustee for the two houses is the most equitable. I observe that the 2nd house has younger children than the 1st house, and deserved to get a higher share as proposed by the Public Trustee.

Consequently, I confirm the grant and the mode of distribution will be as proposed by the Public Trustee.
