1.  I have perused the affidavit sworn in support of the application dated 17th March 2014 and the entire record.

2.  I am satisfied that the application is merited and I do hereby allow the same.

3.  I hereby direct therefore certificate of confirmation of grant dated 15th November 2010 shall be amended in the manner proposed in the application dated 17th March 2014.
