RULING

1.  I have perused the proposals for the distribution of the estate of the deceased as shown in the application dated 1st November 2013. I am satisfied that the said proposals provide for a fair distribution of the estate.

2.  Consequently I do hereby allow the distribution proposed in the said application. The grant made on 1st October 2012 is hereby confirmed.  A certificate of confirmation of grant shall issue accordingly.
