1. In this matter, the parties were directed to come to court for directions on 24/5/2022. They did not come to court.

2. On 16/5/2022, advocate Nyasani holding brief for advocate Misati told the court that the parties had reached a settlement and were desirous to withdraw the suit. Thecourt advised him to file a notice of withdrawal.

3. I note that the appellant’s advocate filed a withdrawal notice on 5/4/2022.

4. To save precious judicial time, I find it necessary to mark the suit as withdrawn, the absence of the parties in court notwithstanding.
