RULING

1. Miss Mutegi, the applicant’s advocate asked the court to consolidate ELC. 1 OF 2019 (OS) and ELC.20 OF 2019 (OS) as the subject matter was the same. Mr. Kaai Mugambi, the respondent’s advocate, told the court that he was not opposed to the intended consolidation.

2. The court hereby orders consolidation of ELC. 1 OF 2019 (OS) and ELC. 20 of 2019 (OS) AND ELC.1 of 2019 to be the lead file.

3. Parties, if they have not done so, are, by consent, granted 7 days to fully comply with order 11, CPR.

4. Hearing of the consolidated suit will be on 12th of October, 2020.
