RULING

In view of the submissions of both sides, I order as follows;

i)   The applicant is hereby granted a personal bond of Kshs.200,000/= as anticipatory bail. The respondents are ordered during the pendency of this bond not to arrest the applicant.

ii)   The applicant to present himself before the investigating officer on Friday 9. 7.2021 at 9:00am.

iii)   This bond to lapse in case the applicant is charged in court or on the next mention date.

iv)   Matter to be fixed for mention for further orders.
