Mrs Field -Marsham for the appellant has applied for an adjournment to enable her to prepare and file a supplementary memorandum of appeal. The original memorandum was prepared by the appellant himself and does not bring out his case clearly. The appellant was sentenced to death and this is his last chance to get his conviction reversed.

In the interest of justice, we grant the application and give leave to Mrs Field -Marsham to prepare and file a supplementary memorandum of appeal within 14 days . The appeal stands adjourned to a date to be fixed.
