Karunakaran J [1] Upon consent of both parties, I hereby enter judgment for the plaintiff namely, Bharti Dhanjee and against the defendant namely, Javahar Dhanjee in the total sum of Rs.400,000/- in full and final settlement of all the claims made by the plaintiff in this matter against the defendant. This judgment is entered as per the agreement duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel, dated the 10th of July 2014 and the same is marked as Exhibit JC1 and filed on record. [2] Further, I hereby authorise the plaintiff namely, Bharti Dhanjee to take out or deduct the said sum from the share due and payable to the Defendant from the estate of the Dhanjees to which the plaintiff has been appointed as fiduciary in some matters and as executrix in other matters relating to the estate of the deceased Dhanjees.
