The Appellant and the Respondents appeared in Court on 17th August 2023 and submitted a Judgment by Consent stating the terms agreed between them in a settlement of the matter before this Court. 2. The terms of the Judgment by Consent are as follows: i The Respondent shall jointly and severally pay damages to the Appellant in the sum of Seychelles Rupees Fifty Thousand (SR50,000). ii The Appellant shall have no claim whatsoever against the Respondent upon payment of the damages by the Respondents. iii The Parties shall bear their own costs. 1
