Each applicant to enter into bail bond of K20,000 not cash. 2. 3. Each applicant to have 2 sureties who are first to be examined by the SDR/AR to determine suitability. A suitable surety to enter into bail bond of K10,000.00 not cash. 4. 4. To report to the nearest police station within his place of residence once a month. Date to be determined by officer-In-Charge of the police station. Travelling outside police jurisdiction be on written permission by Officer-In-Charge police station. 5. Each applicant to undertake to appear for trial. 6. Breach of these conditions would result to cancellation of bail and forfeiture of bail bond of applicant and sureties. Bail granted.
