R U L I N G

1. I am satisfied that the Respondent/Client was duly served.  I am also satisfied that the certificate of costs has become final and there is no dispute as to retainer.

2. For that reason, I do enter judgment for the Advocate/applicant against the Respondent/Client in the sum of Kshs.81,526/= plus interest thereon at 14% from the date of the certificate till payment in full.

3. This being a taxation between advocate and client on which no further bill of costs is anticipated, I award the costs of these proceedings and assess same in the sum of Kshs.10,000/= all inclusive.
