J U D G M E N T

1. The certificate of costs having become final and in the absence ofcontestation as to retainer, I do enter judgment for the applicant/advocate against the Respondent/Client in the sum of Kshs.38,470/=.  I award to the Advocate/Applicant interests on that sum at 14% from the date of the certificate till payment in full.

2. I award to the Advocate/Applicant the costs of these proceedings which I assess at Kshs.10,000/= all inclusive.
