1. There being a certificate of costs which has become final and there being no opposition to the application for entry of judgment including any disputes as no retainer, I do allow the notice of motion dated 2/9/2019 and enter judgment for the Advocate/Applicant in the sum of Kshs.35,798/= with interest thereon at 12% p.a. from the date of the Certificate of costs till payment in full.

2. I also award to the advocate/applicant costs of these proceedings in the sum of Kshs.10,000/=.
