1. There being a certificate of costs dated 14/8/2019 which has become final and in the absence of anything to show that the same has been set aside or that the retainer is disputed, I do enter judgment for the Advocate/Applicant in the sum of Kshs.64,368/= with interest therein at 12% p.a. with effect from the 14/8/2019 till payment in full.

2. I also award to the Applicant/Advocate costs of these proceedings in the sum of Kshs.10,000/=.
