1. The Claim was filed on 6th May, 2013. The Claimant states his contract of employment was terminated on 13th February, 2009.

3. The Claim is time-barred under S.90 of the Employment Act.
4. IT IS ORDERED:-
(a) The claim is hereby struck off.
(b) Costs to the Respondent.
