1. The Government Valuer do visit Plot No. 114 Mikinduri Market to ascertain the current Market of that land within 45 days and file a report to this Court….”

2. The Consent is properly signed and is binding upon the counsels.

3. Having recorded the consent dated 14:12:2017 and filed on the same day, it is hereby adopted as an order of this court.

4. It is so ordered.
