RULING
1. The Respondent/Applicant attempted to file an application through the Judiciary Case Tracking System which is the online portal of the Court. However, the motion that was dated 19th May 2021 is not paid for. The said motion as well as the certificate of urgency, the notice of motion and the supporting affidavit as well as the fees for the number of orders totalling Kshs. 1,470/- remain unpaid. There is therefore no motion before the Court as the documents in that bundle are struck out. The Respondent shall meet the costs of the responses filed by the Claimant.
It is so ordered.
