R U L I N G

1. The SCCIO, Tigania Central received an order of this court made on 13/09/2019 on the same day at 4:30 PM.

2. However, he did not comply with the order. He waited until Monday 15/09/2019 when he sought to verify the same with the court.

3. He appeared and explained the delay in compliance. He told the court that: -

i. He could not comply until after he had verified the same with the court.

ii. He came to court and met the Deputy Registrar of this court who advised him that order No. (d) thereof had to be executed before the Deputy Registrar himself. That the Deputy Registrar advised him to bring the applicants to court today morning.

4. I am satisfied with the explanation given by Mr. Stephen Murega and he is hereby discharged. Let him proceed to go and comply with that order. Officer warned accordingly.
