1. Even in the absence of the parties, I have perused the application dated 2nd August 2018 and the Certificate of Costs exhibited therein and dated 20. 11. 2011.

2. I consider this a straight forward matter and therefore enter judgment for the advocate/applicant in the sum of Kshs.150,111. 90.

3. I also award to the Advocate/Applicant the costs of these proceedings assessed at Kshs.7,000/= all inclusive.
