On  29th February, 2016, the parties proffered a Consent dated 29th, February, 2016 to transfer this suit to Nkubu Law Courts for hearing and determination.

This suit was filed in 2002, 14 years ago.  I, reluctantly, in view of the  parties' Consent order that this suit be transferred to Nkubu Law Courts for  hearing and determination in terms of Section 18 of the Civil Procedure Act.

It is so ordered.
