R U L I N G

[1]On 15/09/2016, the Parties brought to the Court's attention an article published in the Daily Nations Edition of 9th September, 2016. After hearing the parties, the Court Issues the following orders:-

(1) The Newspaper that published the apposite Article be ordered not to publish matters which are being canvassed in Court unless when they are reporting what has been said in Court. This order concerns the Article on Page 26 of the Daily Nation Edition of 09/09/2016.

(2) The County Government is free to negotiate with the applicants but not to publish anything that may be seen to be in contravention of Court orders.

(3) Mr. Cypriano Kibui is ordered to stop discussing matters which are before Court.

(4) The Lawyer for the Isiolo County Government, as he has undertaken, to caution his client against  doing anything that may amount to disobence   of Court Orders.

(5) Directions on 16/11/2016.

(6) Ruling Written and delivered in Court.
