RULING
By an application dated 27th February, 2009, Salome Atieno Otewe (interested party), prayed that she be joined as a party in this suit. That is prayer No. 2 in the aforesaid application. There are other prayers also. The plaintiff and the interested party have filed their respective submissions on the issue.
For reasons that shall be stated after considering the remaining prayers in the application dated 27th February, 2009,I grant leave to the interested party to be joined as a party in this suit.
Counsel may proceed to take a date for the hearing of the remaining prayers.
