RULING

I have perused the entire record, in his application for Revision dated 28/8/2014 and filed in Court on 27/8/2014, the Applicant stated that he was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment for Grievous Harm in Nkubu Principal Magistrate’s Criminal Case No. 106 of 2011.

Having called for Nkubu Principal Magistrate’s Case No. 106 of 2011, I have confirmed that it concerned the Applicant having been charged with being in possession of alcoholic drinks.  He was sentenced to 2 months imprisonment on 29/9/2014.

Accordingly, I direct the prison authorities to advise this Court on which case number the applicant, John Paul Kinoti Murithi is committed torsion.  Mention on 29/3/2017 for further orders.
