R U L I N G

1. The Consent filed in Court on 28:11:16 is hereby adopted as  the Judgment of this Court.

2. It is in the following terms:-

“By Consent

(1) That the Plaintiff shall pay the defendant the sum of Kenya Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand (Kshs. 150,000) upon adoption of this  Consent.

(2) That the Defendant shall transfer  L.R No. NJIA/BURI-E-RURI//4624 TO THE Plaintiff within 90 days from the date the Consent is adopted, in default the Executive Officer be empowered to execute all the requisite documents.

(3) That all  the encumbrances registered against L.R. NO. NJIA/BURI-E-RURI/4624 be lifted to facilitate the implementation of the terms herein.

(4) That this suit be marked as settled with no order as to costs”.

3. The suit is marked as settled.
