RULING.

[1]. Having perused the application filed by the applicant and the annextures showing the activities on the suit land, I am convinced on the balance of probabilities that the respondents should be summoned to come to Court and show cause why an action should not be taken against them for disobeying court orders.

I order that the respondents be summoned by the Deputy Registrar of this court to appear in court within 30 days to show such cause.

It is so ordered.
