1. I have considered the applicant’s application filed on 9/5/2019. I find that this court has no jurisdiction to review sentence where the appellant appealed and lost the appeal.  The court cannot grant remission of sentence. This is in the purview of the executive arm of government

2. The application filed on 9/5/2019 seeking for review or remission of sentence is declined and is hereby dismissed. File is closed.
