1. I have considered the notice of motion dated 9. 5.2024 and the supporting affidavit of Juliet Akinyi Dima of even date. I have also considered the submissions of Mr. Kwaro and I do note that the application is unopposed and I thus allow it and make the following orders:-1. The certificate of costs dated 5. 4.2023 for a sum of Kshs.111,034 is hereby adopted as a judgment of this court.2. The judgment shall attract and interest at the rate of 14% from 5. 4.2023 until payment in full.3.
