Ruling

1. The chamber summons dated 1/9/2023 filed under certificate of urgency, sought leave of court to apply for Judicial Review orders of prohibition, to prohibit the Respondents from preferring criminal charges against the Ex-parte Applicants.

2. On 6/2/2025, the court gave directions for compliance with the Fair Administrative Action Rules, 2024.

3. To date, the applicants have not moved the court to have the application heard; despite being notified of the directions.

4. The applicants appear to have lost interest in the matter, noting that the application was prepared in 2023 and they only filed in court on 6/2/2025.

5. Accordingly, for want of prosecution, the chamber summons dated 1/9/2023 is hereby dismissed with no orders as to costs.

6. This file is closed.
