The Appellant was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment in Chief Magistrate court Chuka  on 7th October, 2008.

He filed a petition and grounds of Appeal.  No further step was taken in the appeal.   Appellant was released on a cash bail of 50,000/- which was later refunded to him by this court under unclear circumstances.  The Appellant has not pursued his appeal.  The Appellant is considered to have lost interest in his appeal.  This appeal is considered abandoned and file closed.
