Ruling

1. The Applicant was convicted on his own plea of guilty for the offence of creating disturbance in a manner likely to cause a breach of peace contrary to Section 95(1) (b) of the Penal Code. The trial court sentenced him to serve six (6) months’ imprisonment. The Applicant has served three (3) months of his sentence and is due to complete his sentence on 2nd May 2025. I direct that he be released from custody forthwith unless he is otherwise lawfully held.

Orders accordingly.
