1. This Petition was filed on June 8, 2023. It is not supported by any sworn affidavit or court proceedings and judgment in Kisumu HCCR No 38 of 2009. It is the duty of the party approaching the court to supply the court with all the necessary material upon which the court can consider their matter.

2. There is no evidence that the Petitioner has applied for court proceedings and judgment and was denied, this being an old matter.

3. I find no material to support the Petition. I dismiss the Petition.

4. The Applicant can file a fresh Petition supported by proceedings and judgment.
