RULING

When this matter came up for hearing on 21st June 2012 the parties made several off record submissions or presentation on issues relating to this cause.

I have read the pleadings herein and it is my considered opinion that the grant ought to be confirmed. Six months have since expired. The objector Amardeep Singh Rehal can go ahead and file his formal objection to the grant being confirmed to the executor.

Further the objector can go ahead to formally make an applicant  for his upkeep and maintenance from the estate especially in respect to his ill health where the executor can respond if need be.
