1. We have noted the submissions of the parties and the issues raised therein. We note that there is a duplicity of matters owing to confusion in the society. To enable the protection of the members, in light of all the pending cases, we order as follows:1. The parties herein to appeal before the Commissioner for Cooperatives Development for purposes of mediation of the dispute between the members, the current Management Committee of the Claimant and the Respondents herein.2. The Commissioner for Cooperatives Development to avail (file and serve) a status report within 45 days herein and this status report will cover all the pending issues that have been raised between the members, the Claimants and the Respondents.3. This order to be served upon the Commissioner for Cooperatives Development Mr Obonyo within 7 days herein.4. Mention on January 25, 2023 physically at Nairobi.Summons to issue to Commissioner for Cooperatives Development to appear on that date.
