JUDGMENT OF REVISION

The prisoner was charged with the offence of store breaking contrary to Section 306(a) and stealing contrary to Section 279(b) of the Penal Code (Cap. 63, Laws of Kenya).He was on the evidence found guilty, convicted and sentenced to serve two years imprisonment.

A report by the Community Service Officer shows that the prisoner has expressed genuine remorse and pleads leniency.The report also recommends a Community Service Order.

I direct that the prisoner be put on Community Service in his rural home, at Muzembe Health Centre, Shinyalu.
